And so, step by step, the movement becomes a meditation
and everything around dissolves
Every movement is an opportunity to get to know ourselves and the world around us, to discover new nuances of emotion

that becomes poetry

we dance and we move,
exploring our deepest essence,
and discovering the beauty that lives in us
